- Maiagold - sweet-sharp taste, honeyed, a hint of citrus after storage.
- Dayton - sweet spicy, dessert, baking apple.
- GingerGold - juicy, spicy, dessert making apple. Momma's fav.
- Williams' Pride - creamy, crisp, with a rich pear-like flavor.
- Golden Russet - sweet-tart flavor with a hint of brown sugar.
- Pitmaston Pineapple - sweet, nutty flavor with a hint of honey.
- Duchess of Oldenburg - the best applesauce. Red/orange fruit.
- Newtown Pippin - 'longer its stored, the better it gets. Green.
- Red Gravenstein - sweet-sharp flavor, less tart.
- Ergermont Russet - wonderful in salads, great partner with cheese.
- Hunt Russet - acidulous pear-like flavor typical of most russets. We pick these when its snowing. So good to bake!
- Black Gilliflower - rich and sweet, with a relatively dry flesh.
